How we create a natural flow within an office
We designed a welcoming reception area that naturally transits into the break out area of the office. Several meeting rooms were used in the front zone to create a semi section buffer for the outside visitors, naturally guiding the visitors away from the sensitive office areas. The workstations for the staff are accommodated in a large open space, towards the back area of the office.
The circular and curve shapes were used as the master element in the spaces. Starting from the entrance areas of the office where the company logo is, we created a welcoming ambiance with a bespoke selection of warm wooden color flooring. To represent their corporate identity, circle patterns were applied as the frosted sticker design throughout the office, while providing privacy for the rooms wherever its needed.

We are extremely appreciative of the professionalism and dedication that the team displayed including the late night meetings, round the clock work schedule and exacting attention to detail to ensure we were able to move into the new office within the very restricted timeframe provided. We have received many unsolicited compliments on the flow, design and functionality of the office and it has become the jewel in the crown of the BSI Group Asia Pacific offices.
